Korenda @ U.P. Oblation Park
I was supposed to go to P. Tuazon and Aurora Blvd. area after meeting with Ramon, a fellow biker from TSP. But instead, I just made a little round at U.P. area and then decided to go home. But prior on going out of U.P., I took the opportunity of taking some pics of Korenda while the area is not that "busy".

TSP - Wawa Wandering Reloaded Ride
All the while, I thought that I already made a blog entry of my first bike ride to Wawa Dam. I may have missed it or too pre-occupied to do such.
Anyways, here's the album set of the said trip;
And in time for the second chance of coming back to this said place, I took the opportunity of joining my TSP bike group.
Allow me to share the latest album set from this trip;
Thanks for viewing! Till my next trip!

KorEnda (Enda Leo 16'er) Maiden Rides
I almost forgot that right after I acquired KorEnda last November 25, I've made not just one, but two maiden rides for her...
Here's her first maiden ride;
And the second;
Maybe that's also the reason why I named her KorEnda as it means;
From here...Korenda \k(o)-ren-da, kor(e)-nda\ as a girl's name is a variant of Kora (Greek), and the meaning of Korenda is "maiden".
December 19, 2012 BTW (Bike-To-Work)
Since I started bike-commuting last late November, I alternately use my 20'er Dahon Metro (named TresCinco) and my less than a month newly-acquired 2nd hand 16'er Enda Leo (named Korenda).
And just yesterday, I used Korenda and was able to log the above route with approximate distance of 22 KMs.
Not bad for a daily (& nightly) exercise grind eh! :P

TSP - Super Friday (Night) Ride
We started at UP Oblation (where we usually meet for LSD (Lingguhang Sikad sa Diliman), then proceeded to Rajah Sulayman Park to meet the MADlangbayan peeps (MAD - Monday After Dark). But prior on going to the said park, we met some TSPeeps at Welcome Rotonda/UDMC area.
After meeting the MADlangbayan peeps, we took time-out for dinner. Majority of us tried and ate the "tapang kabayo" that is the specialty of a diner owned by a colleagues brother-in-law. While some ate somewhere near the area.
After taking some rest (with photo-ops of course!), we then proceeded to The Fort's ROX to meet a few TNF'ers (Tuesday Night at the Fort). Then as usual, had some chitchats while taking some rest before heading to Ortigas Center Park to complete the 4th TSP nightly ride, the WET (Wednesday Evening Tagpuan).
That capped what we called the "Super Friday" that covered all the meet-up points of TSP's nightly ride.
Total distance kilometer logged on my CatEye
cyclocomputer, approximately 50+ kms. :)

One Gloomy Tuesday Morning
Backlog (09 October 2012) pics...
At Luzon (Commonwealth Avenue) Flyover.
From this album.
I've been passing this flyover for quite a few times. The southbound portion is still closed to vehicular traffic.
I've also longed to have a picture of me and/or my bike here, but haven't had the opportunity until this moment.
Mission accomplished! Or else, I wouldn't dare do it or will not have the guts or any more opportunity once it gets opened to vehicular traffic. :P

September 9, 2012 Ride
Took a spin a borrowed Enda Leo 16" wheel-sized bike, while also looking for some bike components/accessories along Commonwealth Avenue and UP area.
And while within the UP area, I did some rounds of what we called, the TSP's LSD route.
Of course, I wouldn't want to miss the opportunity of getting pics of the said Enda Leo at the "Heartbreak Hill".
Total ride distance: 30.88 Kms.
Credit goes to Alvin Lim who lent me his Enda Leo for a good two weeks time. Thanks bro! :)

August 18, 2012 Ride
This was an impromptu bike ride schedule I made (with the "Planned Route" blog entry) by texting a co-biker friends from Tiklop Society of the Philippines. This was also due to an un-availability of us joining the official ride of our group.
And as per our conversation, I proposed and created a map ride based on the itinerary I want to go and explore - Antipolo church, Angono Petroglyphs and Balaw Balaw restaurant.
This ride had a lot of "first" not just for me, but also for Alvin who joined me with this ride. They were; my first Antipolo uphill climb, first time (both of us) to visit the Angono Petroglyphs on a bike and also, first time to visit & dine at Balaw Balaw, for both of us too.
Gladly we didn't encounter any problems along the way. :)
Without further ado, here's the story...
First, the map ride I created;
