TSP - Rizal's Tomb To Womb Ride

In commemoration of Dr. Jose P. Rizal's 151st birth anniversary, we at TSP (Tiklop Society of the Philippines) did a ride last June 23, 2012 that started from Luneta (or Rizal Park) [KM 0] all the way to his largest statue that is located in front of Calamba City Hall in Laguna.

This was also my first out-of-town ride that covered approximately 100+ KM to & from, and all the way to my home place. Sort of a "century" ride as we may say...

RIP, Gab Gaskell...

Yesterday was a sad day for us at TSP (Tiklop Society of the Philippines). We've learned that a fellow biker died from an accident. RIP comrade Gab Gaskell! :(

I remember that I rode with him at least twice, sometime last May, during TSP's LSD (Lingguhang Sikad sa Diliman). I was able to talked to him during those two occasions, specially the ride-out going back to UP Oblation as where he usually park his vehicle nearby.

As a fellow blogger also, this is my way of paying tribute to him. Goodbye fellow biker and blogger, Gab Gaskell. We at TSP will surely miss you!

Just about a week ago, March 5, I finally acquired my first ever folding bike. Though it's only a 2nd hand Japan surplus, it's a Dahon Metro. Almost exactly the same with this.
